Nearly New 4670k and Overclocking Motherboard + Bonus in DIAMOND CREEK, Victoria for sale

For sale I have an Intel i5 4670k and a Gigabyte Z87X-OC.
This combination of CPU and Motherboard is perfect, I have been able to easily get the CPU up to 4.4GHz without changing the voltage at all.
The CPU has never gone above 70 degrees, is in perfect condition and comes with everything that came in the box. The stock fan is included in the box and hasn't been used at all, so it comes with thermal paste pre applied by Intel.
The motherboard is a very high end overclocking board, is in perfect condition and comes with everything that came in the box. The board has also won the 2013 Best Of Computex, from Toms Hardware.
Both products have been used for less than a month and come with receipts for warranty.
I will accept offers for each product individually.
If you purchase both products I can through in a used H110 280mm closed loop water cooler for an extra $100. This is one of the most high performance CPU coolers on the market currently. I am also happy to throw in some 140mm Noctua fans.
Will ship anywhere in Australia at buyers expense, although pick up is preferred.
